Terms of Service

One Way Services ("we," "us") designs, builds, hosts and maintains websites and provides related marketing services for businesses ("you"). By paying for our services, you agree to these terms.

• Quotes and setup fees. Each website project is quoted before work begins. Setup fees range from $750 to $3,000 depending on scope. Work begins after you approve the quote and pay the setup fee or agreed deposit.
• Monthly plan. Every website includes the Hosting & Care Plan at $297 per month, billed automatically to your card on file each month, starting when your site goes live.
• Your content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, images and logos you provide, and confirm you have the right to use them.
• Ownership. Once your setup fee is paid in full, the website design and content created for you belong to you. If you cancel, we will provide a copy of your website files on request.
• Updates. Small updates (text, photos, hours, prices) are included in your monthly plan. New pages or major redesigns are quoted separately.
• Late payments. If a monthly payment fails and isn't resolved within 14 days, we may pause hosting until the account is current.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Setup fee. If you cancel before design work begins, your setup fee is refunded in full. Once design work has started, the setup fee is non-refundable because it covers time already spent on your project.
• Monthly plan. You can cancel your Hosting & Care Plan at any time by calling or emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. We don't issue refunds for partial months.
• Billing errors. If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund the incorrect charge.
• How to request. Call (702) 601-8045 or email [email protected]. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to provide our services: your name, business name, phone number, email, billing details and the content you send us for your website.

• How we use it. To build and maintain your website, contact you about your project, send invoices and provide support.
• Payments. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Sharing. We don't sell your information. We share it only with services we use to run our business (such as payment processing and website hosting) or when required by law.
• Your choices. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
